Processing Time

Each kARTIFACT is made-to-order in our Portland workshop. Each order may spend weeks in our for production queue before shipping.

During product drops, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Rates & Carriers

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders.

International orders may be subject to additional carrier options and longer delivery times.
Estimated Delivery Times

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production.

International: 7–21 business days, depending on region and customs clearance.
Note: These are estimates. Once a package leaves our hands, delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside of our control.
Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. Switchkraft is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once your package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility shifts to them. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
