Shipping policy

Processing Time

  • Each kARTIFACT is made-to-order in our Portland workshop. Each order may spend weeks in our for production queue before shipping.

  • During product drops, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Carriers

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

  • We primarily ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx for domestic orders.

  • International orders may be subject to additional carrier options and longer delivery times.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after production.

  • International: 7–21 business days, depending on region and customs clearance.
    Note: These are estimates. Once a package leaves our hands, delays caused by the carrier or customs are outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. Switchkraft is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Once your package is scanned by the carrier, responsibility shifts to them. We’re not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Address Accuracy

  • Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
