Hi, I’m Kat a 22 year old Michigan based artist. I created Gnarp my self insert character based on the feeling of being an outcast. The feeling of being different. Growing up undiagnosed but clearly neurodivergent is an experience to say the least, but with internet access and ever expanding knowledge I was able to find out that, although I’m different, I’m not alone.
Feeling like an alien being dropped on a strange planet has its perks. Through my art I’m able to find comfortability in that.
