Depending on demand, orders may spend several weeks in our build queue before production. If at any point you don't want to wait or circumstances change, just reach out to info@switchkraft.zone and we can refund your money no problem.

Refund Policy 
As everything is made to order for you, we cannot accept returns on products after they've been shipped out. If you have a problem with your order or parts please reach out and we can help.

About 3D printing
We print everything with the highest grade bioplastic. It has premium hand feel and great impact resistance. You will notice visible layer lines. If you are not OK with printed products then a kARTIFACT may not be for you.
