Cancellation policy

Order Cancellations

• Because every kARTIFACT is made-to-order, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing your order, provided production has not yet begun.

• Once your order is in production, we cannot accommodate cancellations or changes.

• Switchkraft reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., material shortages, production issues, or fraudulent activity). If this happens, you will be refunded in full.
